Great Ethiopian Run 2009

On 22 November 2009 Addis Ababa will play host to Africa’s biggest road race – a challenging 10km at 10,000 feet above sea level – an altitude that will certainly test your physical condition.

They say over 30,000 runners will take part! They include a whole package with a accomodation, travel, a tour etc. They ask that you raise 3000 Euro for the charity. That would be a significant donation to make.
